I love salsa and this is one of the best I have ever tried. My friend Paul gave me the recipe and I thought I would share it for all to try! It's delicious.

  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mexican oregeno
  • 1 teaspoon adobo
  • 1 serrano pepper (2 for spicy) chopped
  • 1 28 oz refrigerated can whole peeled tomatoes
  • 1 small jicima chopped
