  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar plus more for topping
  • 2 tbs onion powder
  • 5-6 tsp melted butter
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper
  • 1 30 oz bag frozen shredded hasbrowns thawed
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine everything but cornflakes in a large bowl and season to taste. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with PAM and spread mixture in evenly. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and cornflakes. Bake for 1 hour or until brown and bubbly.
