  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup champagne vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
