  • 1 tbsp green onion chopped
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 3 drops hot sauce
  • 1 envelope (.4 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 8 oz crab meat drained/chopped
  • 1 bread bowl optional

Beat cream cheese with sour cream until well blended. Blend in the green onion, hot sauce, paprika, dressing mix. Stir in crab. Taste and adjust seasonings with salt and pepper, if desired. If you are using a bread bowl, hollow it out and fill with the dip. Serve with the pieces of bread from the center and/or crackers.
