This is an excellent, healthy snack to take to any party. I have shared this recipe EVERYTIME I have taken it somewhere. The nice thing is you can easily customize with your own flavor.

  • 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 can garbanzo beans drained liquid reserved
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp salt (more to taste)
  • dash cayenne (more to taste)
  • garnishnwith paprika for color
