  • 1/4 cup carrot chopped
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms chopped
  • 5 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 pinch dried tarragon
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken cubed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
