Preheat oven to 400Coat muffin tins with sooking sprayTo make topping, stir ingredients togetherFor batter, combine flour, oats, baking power, baking soda, and cinnamin in large bowl and stir to mix. In second bowl, mix applesauce, milk, puree, sugar, oil, and egg with wooden spoon. Add flour mix slowly until just moistened.Divide batter amoung cups and sprinkle with topping. Bake until lightly browned about 18 minutes
