Grain free biscuit. I usually double the recipe and use the food processor for mixing. A combination of hard cheese is best. Can add green onions, green chiles, or other spices or herbs for flavor. Don't overbake.

Preheat oven to 425.
Whisk dry ingredients together in medium bowl. Cut in butter. Stir in yogurt and cheese. Shape into 9 biscuits on greased baking sheet.
Bake for 12 minutes.
