Preheat oven to 350F. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add bananas and eggs and beat until well mixed. Mix dry ingredients and blend with banana mixture, do not over mix. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into 2 lightly greased loaf pans, one bundt pan or 36 muffin cups or one loaf and 18 muffins. Bake loaves for 55-60 minutes or muffins for 15-20 minutes. Test for doneness. Cool on rack for 10 minutes before removing from pans. Freezes very well.
