  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 head of cabbage-sliced
  • 6-8 prices of bacon

Slice bacon into small prices and fry add onion about 1/2 way through. Then add cabbage top with sugar, salt and pepper. It will overfill the skillet at first but try and get a lid on it. Cover and cook stirring every few minutes so it doesn’t burn. When it gets tender remove the lid and fry it a bit.
