A friend of mine gave me this recipe but I have yet to try it (it got lost & I finally found it). Gonna try it soon, but it sounded awesome.

  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 3 oz bags real bacon bits (or use real bacon)
  • 2 packages ranch dip mix
  • 1 large bag hash browns

Preheat oven to 400. Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix in the hash browns. Spread into a 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake for 45-60 minutes. And that's it EASY.
