1. In large mixing bowl, whisk together the water, yeast and sugar. 2. Place mixture in warm area for 10 minutes. 3. Stir in oil and salt. 4. Start adding flour 2 cups at a time and mix well. 5.Add flour until dough is easily ready to knead. 6. Knead dough for 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic. 7 Place dough in large bowl. 8. Lightly grease top of dough and cover with cotton dish towel. 9. Place in warm area until doubled in size. 10.Punch dough down and let rest for a few minutes. 11. Knead for 5 minutes and cut in to 4 equal portions. 12 Knead each portion and shape into loaf. 13. Place in loaf pan--makes 4.. 14. Cover and let rise until doubled. 15. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven.for about 30 minutes, or until top is golden brown. 16. Remove from oven. butter top and cool out of pan on wire rack.
