This is A'ok on all phases of the Cleanse and 24 Day Challenge. I eat mine with celery or baby carrots. Feel free to scoop it with the veggie of your choice.

  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 teaspoons cumin ground
  • 1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans drained, liquid reserved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil try different flavors for variety (i like chili pepper infused olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro diced (optional)

In a blender or food processor combine garbanzo beans, garlic, cumin, salt and olive oil. Blend on low speed, gradually adding reserved bean liquid, until desired consistency is achieved. Experiment with different spices and ingredients. I sometimes add a couple jalapenos.
