Place frozen corn in 2/3 cup water (for both sticks) in Pyrex bowl, cover and microwave on high for 10 minutes, stir and cook 5 minutes longer if needed. Mix all corn together in big skillet, add butter, heat on medium. Mix flour, sugar, salt, and milk together. Pour in corn, add milk as it returns to boil to achieve desired consistency.
