  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • to taste salt & pepper
  • fresh italian parsley chopped
  • 1 1/2 lbs carrots, broccoli & cauliflower

1. Place vegetables in a pan with water & vinegar. Bring to a boil and cover. Reduce to medium. Cook 10 mins. 2. Remove lid and raise heat back up. Allow the water to boil away and vinegar to reduce 5 - 7 mins. Add butter to the pan. Turn vegetables to coat. 3. Season with salt & pepper. Garnish with parsley.
