Brown ground beef with onion in a large soup pot. Drain grease. Add tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, garbanzo beans, and green beans. Add water or tomato juice. Add salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil and simmer a few minutes. Remove from heat, and refrigerate if eating later. Or add pasta and zucchini and cook 8 to 10 minutes, until pasta is cooked.
