  • 2 cups tomato juice
  • 2 medium onions sliced
  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 4 medium carrots sliced
  • 1/3 cup quick-cooking tapioca
  • 3 medium potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 3 celery ribs sliced
