  • 1 cup lima beans partially cooked (i use frozen shelled kind)
  • 1 clove garlic chopped (optional)
  • 3/4 cup fresh dill chopped or dried dill
  • 3 tbs organic ghee or butter
  • 1.5 tbs himalayan or celtic sea salt
