Grill chicken breast on your Nuwave as per directions. Once complete, shred or thinly slice the chicken (I prefer it shredded). Toss the chicken in your favorite hot wing sauce. In a non-stick pan, place a layer of chips, chicken and cheese. Repeat. Add green onion to the top. Place pan back on the 4-inch rack and bake on power level high for 3 minutes, until the cheese is nice and bubbly. Add chopped tomatoes and drizzle ranch dressing over all of it. Tips: Experiment with different wing and hot sauces to get just the right flavor and heat. Some sauces contain a lot of butter or oil that makes the chicken a lot greasier. My local store carries shredded Cheddar cheese with habanero pepper already mixed in, that I use - this makes it a little spicier.
