**If using leftover steak, roast, or chicken, heat in a small frying pan. Tip: if meat is dried out, simmer in a few tablespoons of chicken stock or beef stock for 3-5 minutes.In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups water to a boil. Add ramen and vegetables.Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, and drain in colander/strainer.Return saucepan to stove on medium heat; add soy sauce, sugar, garlic powder, sesame oil, sesame seeds and chili paste. Mix together and cook for 3 minutes.Add ramen and vegetables. Mix all ingredients together.Optional: top with poached egg, meat/shrimp/tofu, and/or fresh cilantro.
