These are a Thanksgiving morning tradition at our house, but they can be served at brunch or as appetizers as well. Great for church functions or when you are feeding a crowd, they are a hit where ever I take them!

  • 1 package ranch dressing mix dry
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 cups pioneer baking mix

1. Mix dry ingredients and cheese together. 2. Mix in the sausage. 3. Spray cookie sheet (or rack) with non-stick cooking spray. 4. Use the measuring teaspoon to get an average amount of sausage and roll into balls. 5. Place on cookie sheet. Liberally sprinkle paprika over the top of each ball. 6. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
