  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 1/2 bell pepper cored, seeded and cut into chunks
  • 4 medium ripe tomatoes ripe, (i use roma tomatoes)
  • 1/4 yellow onion cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cucumber cut into chunks
  • 3 tb wine vinegar
