1/4 cup lime juice
1 cup fresh cilantro chopped
1/2 cup corn i use my homemade dehydrated corn and tomatoes.
1 cup tomatoes, chopped reconstitute dehydrated vegs hot water, let set and chill.
2 ounces mild chilies diced
2 ounces jalapeno peppers, diced
2 heads romaine lettuce chopped
1 tablespoon stevia in the raw
shake sour salt i do not use salt, but add a tad of citric acid or sour salt to this.
1 mango, diced. use, peach, orange to replace mango.
In small bowl, mix corn, tomatoes, chilies, jalapeño, Onions. Stir in cilantro. In salad bowl, Place chopped romaine, stir in mango. Add tomato mixture to romaine. Mix stevia into lime juice, sprinkle across salad, toss and serve.
