Stir apple, raisins, coconut oil, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice together in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and cook to blend flavors, about 5 minutes. Blend banana, eggs, almond milk, almond butter, and vanilla together in a food processor. Add walnuts and pecans to banana mixture and blend. Stir banana mixture and maple syrup into apple mixture; bring to a simmer and cook until thick, 5 to 10 minutes.
