This is a great dip that my grandmother made when I was a kid. She would fix it only on Christmas Eve but it is great for any occassion.

  • salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 16-oz can refried beans
  • 1 can mushrooms sliced
  • 2/3 cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 3/4 cup taco sauce
  • 1 4-oz can green chilis whole
  • 1 cup green olives chopped
  • doritos

Brown ground beef and onion. Mix together with all other ingredients except sour cream and Doritos. Drizzle taco sauce over top. Bake uncovered in a 400? oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Top with sour cream and serve with Doritos.
