This is a long, iced, summer version of Irish Coffee.

Coffee Milk/Cream Alcoholic Whiskey Summer House & Garden Drink
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
  • 3 ice cubes

Preparation Combine coffee, cream and sugar, stir to dissolve the sugar, and chill thoroughly. Put 1 tablespoon of whipped cream in a 14-ounce highball glass, fill with the coffee mixture, add ice cubes and whiskey. Top with the remaining tablespoon of whipped cream and dust with grated nutmeg or ground cinnamon.
