With smoothie kits in the freezer, an exhausted new parent is seconds away from a nutritious, creamy meal-in-a-glass. The ingredients are all prepped, measured, and frozen. Just add yogurt and a little milk or juice, and blend. Be sure to write on each bag how much yogurt and milk or juice to add.

For each kit, puree in the blender with 1 cup of the milk and 1/2 cup of the yogurt. Mixed Berry and Banana Smoothie Divide the blueberries, strawberries, and bananas among four 1-quart resealable plastic bags and freeze overnight. For each kit, puree in the blender with 1 cup of the juice and 1/2 cup of the yogurt. Raspberry-Peach Smoothie Divide the raspberries, peaches, and sorbet among four 1-quart resealable plastic bags and freeze overnight. For each kit, puree in the blender with 1 cup of the pineapple juice and 1/2 cup of the yogurt.
