  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 6 eggs hardboiled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise 56 grams=1/4 cup
  • 1/2 teaspoon citrus champagne vinegar
  • 2 dashes spanish smoked paprika

Gently peel the eggs. Cut them in half length-wise and place the yolks in a bowl. Add into the bowl the mayonaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper. Mix well. Put the yolk mixture into a piping bag and pipe it back into the empty eggs. Top with paprika.
