  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chives chopped
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 package spinach frozen
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons accent seasoning

Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess water. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender and refrigerate overnight. NOTE: I've never tried this with fresh spinach but it would probably taste better.
