Combine in a large mixing bowl 2 cups of flour, undissolved yeast, sugar and salt. Mix well to blend and add soft or melted margarine. Add hot tap water. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes while scrapping bowl occasionally. Add eggs and 1 cup more of flour, beat with mixer at high speed for 1 minute or until thick and elastic. Gradually stir in enough of remaining flour with a spoon to make a soft dough which leaves the sides of the bowl. Turn out onto floured board. Knead for 5-10 minutes or until dough is smooth. Let rise and either make 1 big coffee roll, or 1 small one and buns, or 2 loaves of bread, however you want. For the coffee ring, spread dough with soft butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, and marchino cherries and nuts if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until done and frost while just warm. For Homemade Cinnamon Rolls, Revise recipe to: Flour 4-5 cups (might need more sometimes). Also use hot tap water. Knead 5-6 minutes (can knead a little longer). Cover with wax paper - then dish towels. When dough doubles in size, punch it down and let it rise again. ( Can make into buns, cinnamon rolls, tea ring, or loaves of bread). If making into cinnamon rolls, spread with margarine and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar (can go a little heavier on the cinnamon). Cut about 1" or maybe a little more. Let raise 25-35 minutes until raised good. In a 9x13 pan, put 1 melted stick of margarine and 1/2 plus cup of brown sugar. Place rolls on top and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or till done.
