Cook celery and onion in chicken broth (just enough to cover) about 10 minutes. Turn off heat and let cool. Put the bread cubes in a large bowl. Add cooked vegetables. In a medium bowl whisk the eggs, some broth and sage. Pour over the bread and mix together adding broth and sage as needed for consistency and taste I like. Pour in a greased baking dish and bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes.
