  • 3/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups onion chopped
  • 6 cups tomatoes chopped (i use 8 cups)
  • 3 cups green peppers chopped
  • 2/3-1 cups jalapeno chopped, use some seeds
  • 1 tablespoon salt or sea salt
  • dash cumin
