  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 2 cans refried beans
  • 1 can olives sliced
  • 2 avacados mashed with 2 t. lemon juice (i use pre-made guacamole)
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar grated

On a platter, spread refried beans on bottom. Spread avacados (gaucamole) over beans. Mix taco seasoning with taco seasoning and spread over avacados. Sprinkle cheese over avacados and top with tomatoes, olives and tomatoes. Serve with tortilla chips.
