  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red pell pepper
  • 1/4 cup italian bread crumbs

Saute onion and bell pepper in butter until tender. Mix crab meat, onion & bell pepper, 3/4 cup of bread crumbs, eggs, lemon juice, salt & pepper together in a bowl and shape into crab patties. Dredge patties in bread crumbs and pan fry in butter until brown.
