Source: The spice and spirit of jewish cooking-Lubavitch Beat milk and eggs together. Add dry ingredients and mix well.Fry in lightly greased pan until light brown on both sides. Note:I use 2 frying pans and make large pancakes-1 per pan and then serve the kids either 1/2s or 1 whole one. Yield:Around 6 large pancakes.
