  • cream cheese softened
  • green pepper chopped
  • jalepeno pepper chopped

Mix all chopped up ingredients together. Add as much cream cheese as desired. Place mixture in center of won ton wrapper and fold. Seal with water and brush with egg white. Fry until golden brown. When I made this I used 3 cooked chicken thighs. I think this made about 12 won tons. Add as much green pepper and jalepeno pepper as desired. Same with the cheese. Good even without the cheese.
