In a large bowl combine all ingredients except mushroom caps, heavy creamand cheese. Add salt & pepper to taste. Stuff into mushroom caps. Bringcream to a boil and add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring with a whiskconstantly. Take off heat and reserve. Bake mushroom caps at 425F for 10minutes. Spoon cheese sauce oven caps and brown under broiler. Serve onpreheated plates.4 Servings
