  • 1 2-3 lb butternut squash peeled & cubed
  • 2 apples, cubed (i like honey crisp)
  • 1 bag of fresh cranberries
  • 1 stick of butter (8 tablespoons)
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves (optional)

Preheat oven to 400.Peel & cube butternut squash.Cube apples.Wash cranberries & remove any bad ones.Put apples, cranberries & butternut squash in a deep casserole dish.Melt butter & add honey, cinnamon & vanilla.Pour over mixture in the casserole dish.Using a spoon, make sure everything is evenly coated.Bake for 30 minutes. Then remove from oven to check if the squash is cooked through. Give the while dish a stir.If needed, bake for an additional 15 minutes.Enjoy!
