  • 1/2 of a red onion or 2 shallots (i used both)
  • 2 tbsp of soy sauce

Saute green beans in olive oil on medium heat with lid on for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.Remove lid and add onion, garlic, soy sauce and red pepper flakes to taste.Cook for another 15-20 minutes, or until desired. (I like mine well done)Enjoy!
