Mix cooked chicken, ranch packet, hot sauce, cream cheese and shredded cheeseLine freezer safe 8x8 pan with plastic wrap and evenly add chicken mixtureFreeze until hard (couple hours, or overnight)Pop mixture out of pan and working quickly, cut into strips (I cut into 16 then cut those in half again)Mix egg in small bowlDip buffalo chicken cheese sticks into egg, then into crushed pork rinds and place on parchment lined panPlace back into freezer for 20 minutesBake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes until sticks pork rinds are goldenLet cool (they will firm up a bit)
