Preheat oven to 350FUsing a pizza cutter, cut the ends of the flatbread so your left with more of a rectangle piece, then cut that into 2 strips.Spread 1 teaspoon of cookie butter at the end of the bread, then top with sliced strawberries.Roll up your bread and using a pastry brush coat with your melted margarine.Shake your sugar and cinnamon together in a little bag and then pour onto a flat plate. Roll your wrap around in the sugar mix coating it.Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Checking often so the strawberries don't burst out.Serve warm with fresh strawberries and whip cream. Each roll is 2pp
