Best cranberry sauce ever! Foster's father liked this so much he asked to keep some for leftovers. I added 1/3 - 1/2 cup minced crystalized ginger (because I had some on hand) and did the recipe at 1 and another 1/2.

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 4 cups fresh cranberries rinsed
  • 1 cup dried apricots coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup zante currants
  • 1 tablespoon dried orange peel
