Melt dark chocolate in microwave or using a double-boiler on stovetop. Be sure not to burn.Add almonds to dark chocolate and coat well.In a separate bowl combine cocoa powder, turbinado sugar and sea salt. Stir to combine.Adding about 5-10 almonds at a time, add dark chocolate covered almonds to cocoa mixture and coat using hands. Do not add almonds all at once as they won't coat well and will create a mess.Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.Repeat until all almonds are covered.Let sit out for 1 hour to dry.
