Sprinkle the chicken with some salt and pepper and bake in a 375 degree oven until skin is browned. Melt margarine. Combine A1 Sauce, Hot Sauce, wine vinegar, black pepper, salt, sugar, garlic powder, onion salt, and chili powder into the melted margarine. Pour over the chicken to coat. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until bubbly.
