  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 potatoes chopped

1. Saute Onion in pot and add broth and potatoes and bay leaves. Cook for 20 minutes. 2. Add corn, half & half. Shred the cooked chicken and add to pot. 3. Add Butter and bacon and simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream and bacon.
