This weekend at the farmer’s market, I tried some incredible buffalo wing hummus. Only problem, they were charging $7.99 for a tiny container which for me seemed a little crazy for chickpeas. Knowing that I could always come back next week to buy it if my home experiments failed, I quickly starting googling buffalo wing hummus recipes when I got home. After reading a bunch of recipes, I decided to try one from Food Network, and it came out perfect. Even better? You can eat 1/4 cup of it for just 2 points. Today I am off to the store to buy some blue cheese crumbles to place on top. Can’t wait to try the combination with carrots and celery.
