Is a Mexican Dish But I love It !! as Puertorican I add something different to it, because i don't like avocados to change a little I add vinegar, but i love Guacamole. so far all my friends even my mexican friends Love it too !!!! so my friends Enjoy !!!

  • 2 ripe hass avocados
  • 1/2 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 jalapeã±o (finely chopped)
  • white vinegar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt ( to taste)
  • a little hot sauce
  • 1 plum tomato (clean seeds) chopped

Cut avocado in half then remove pits and scoop out the avocado with a spoon . chop avocados and add the onions and mix and mash add the rest of the ingredients except tomato . I normally use a little chopper for the guacamole but is not necessary but in that case I add the tomato after everything is been properly mix. Remember you always can change the amount of salt to your taste, same thing with the vinegar. Enjoy By Wandiviris !!
