  • 1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons sugar

Preparation Pour wine into large nonaluminum bowl. Add 1/4 cup sugar and stir until dissolved. Add grapes and peel; mix gently. Cover; chill at least 3 hours and up to 1 day. Using slotted spoon, transfer grapes to shallow bowl. Sprinkle grapes with remaining 3 tablespoons sugar and serve.
