Use this versatile sauce as a dip for crudités, a dressing for cold fish or chicken, and as a substitute for mayonnaise. Tofu makes it virtually fat-free.

Sauce Herb Mustard Soy Low Fat Lemon Bon Appétit
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove

Preparation Purée first 4 ingredients in blender or processor until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to small bowl. Stir in chives.(Can be prepared 4 days ahead.
