This smoothie mimics the flavors of everyone’s favorite muffin, only it’s chock-full of ingredients any kid (or adult) should be eating. I particularly like to make this smoothie when wild blueberries are in season.

Blueberry Smoothie Non-Alcoholic Drink Banana Yogurt Oat Milk/Cream
  • 1⁄2 cup (74 g) fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1⁄2 fresh or frozen banana, peeled
  • 1⁄2 cup (120 ml) plain or vanilla greek yogurtâ
  • 1⁄4 cup (20 g) old-fashioned oats
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1⁄2 cup (120 ml) milk of choice
  • Carbohydrate 48 g(16%)
  • Cholesterol 32 mg(11%)
  • Fat 14 g(21%)
  • Fiber 5 g(21%)
  • Protein 18 g(37%)

Preparation Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
